PAR Educational Systems LLC started in 1989 as a AED distributorship for HP-Heartstream, Agilent, Philips Medical Systems, Cardiac Science, Heartsine, and Zoll Corporations.

In 1992, PAR Educational Systems LLC became an authorized Training Center for American Heart Association BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP Certifications.

PAR Educational Systems LLC, First in Arizona (1989) to provide a turn-key solution for complete Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) programs.

PAR's owner Philip Rogel- also published a textbook titled "PUBLIC ACCESS DEFIBRILLATION -THREE MINUTES-A MUNICIPAL APPROACH" a guide to creating an efficient heart-safe community.

AED/BLS accounts include Freeport/McMoran, Salt River Project, Bechtel, Boeing and Motorola.

PAR Educational Systems LLC is currently the BLS/PALS Training Center for BANNER Health Arizona which is a Training Site. We also are under contract to provide BLS,ACLS,PALS Certifications to Catholic Helthcare West Hospitals -Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert-
